Before you write
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not inside Brothly.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
- Find Brothly and tap Cancel Subscription
How do I delete my account?
Inside Brothly: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your cookbook, meal memories, and preferences from our servers within 30 days.
My fridge scan isn't recognizing ingredients
For best results, open the fridge fully and let the camera see the inside clearly. Good lighting helps. If it still doesn't work, email us a description of what happened — we use feedback to improve recognition.
The voice assistant isn't responding
Make sure microphone access is enabled in Settings → Brothly → Microphone. The voice mode needs an active internet connection.
I was charged but my subscription isn't active
This usually resolves itself within 15 minutes. If not, try
Settings → Account → Restore Purchases in Brothly. Still stuck?
